Connect The Bay: Artist Elba Raquel

Native San Jose artist Elba Raquel empowers women through her work and hopes her viewers can find the strength within them to follow their dreams as she has done in her artistic career.  We visit MACLA  (Movimiento de Arte y Cultura Latino Americana) where she is exhibiting several pieces that inspire women to break free of societal constraints and define their own paths.
