NPR's London correspondent Frank Langfitt reports on the mixed views about the new deal from a highway outside the Port of Dover along the English Channel, where truckers are trying to cross the border before the rules change.
Anand Menon, director of the think-tank UK In A Changing Europe, sees the Brexit deal as a win and says it will help avoid further economic disruption.
